There are no caps, and no restrictions on what you can download - you will only be limited by your computer and the web servers you connect to. Gamers are welcome too, as our connections offer low latencies** to nationwide servers.

For all our packages, there are no long-term obligation to stay with them - the only contract terms are for a period of 30 days - you can cancel it after 1 month, or change to another package.

If you have multiple users in your household, and/or you intend to use your connection heavily in the evenings for browsing and videos:
We recommend the Home30 package which offers 30GB of peak time bandwidth, and 300GB off peak, at the cost of £19.99 per month. This will provide ample bandwidth to stream videos and browse media-heavy sites. This is a very popular package with home users.

Notes
* your connection rate is dependant on several variables: how close you are to the gateway, and the quality of your connection. Your internal telephony network setup can affect the quality of the line to your ADSL modem, as well as the distance travelled.
** Your own usage of the line will also affect latency times.
*** Peak time periods are from 8am - 10pm, Monday to Friday for the Home products. They are 8am - 8pm for Premium products. The off-peak period is defined as outside peak time, including the weekends.
With all our services, you will be able to monitor your bandwidth use on a daily basis. Should you go over your prescribed bandwidth for the month, you will be temporarily upgraded to the next package level, and be charged £5 + VAT and the difference in cost.
